OptiFit Nutrition, LLC – Terms of Service
Effective as of May 9, 2025.

Please carefully read these Terms of Service ("Terms") before purchasing or participating in any nutrition coaching services provided by OptiFit Nutrition, LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By submitting payment details, you ("client," "you," "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

OptiFit Nutrition, LLC provides nutrition coaching services that include one-on-one coaching, educational resources, and accountability support. Our services are delivered through our website, mobile app, and direct communication channels.

All coaching programs require a 4-month minimum commitment. By signing up, you agree to maintain your membership and recurring monthly payment for at least four (4) consecutive months.

Your payment method will be automatically charged on a recurring monthly basis on the same date each month as your initial enrollment date. You authorize OptiFit Nutrition, LLC to continue billing your payment method until you cancel in accordance with our cancellation policy.

You may cancel your coaching membership at any time after the initial 4-month commitment period.

• Cancellations must be requested at least 30 days before your next billing date to avoid additional charges.

  • Via our mobile app

Early Termination Fee:
If you choose to cancel before fulfilling the 4-month minimum commitment, you will be charged either (a) an Early Termination Fee  of $495, or (b) the remaining months' fees due under the commitment—whichever is less. The fee will be charged at the time of cancellation.

OptiFit Nutrition, LLC, its coaches, and affiliates are not licensed physicians, registered dietitians, or healthcare providers. The information, guidance, and coaching we provide are for educational and informational purposes only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
Always consult with your physician or qualified healthcare provider before making any changes to your diet, exercise routine, or health regimen. Participation in our programs is voluntary, and you assume full responsibility for your health decisions.

By participating in any services offered by OptiFit Nutrition, LLC, you agree to release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless OptiFit Nutrition, LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any injury, illness, or damages that may result from your participation in our coaching services or the application of information provided.

OptiFit Nutrition, LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes via email or within our client portal. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
